Just a bit of a rant really, I had a parcel delivered, they never rang the doorbell just shoved a parcel that was way to big through the letterbox! As I opened the door, the driver said sorry I've broken your letterbox and ran off! Hubby says as its a sealed unit it cant be fixed and will cost £85 this might seem a lot but its a special kind of door and wasnt cheap!I complained to Yodel who claim its not their fault and to contact the people who sent me it, I've pointed out its their fault and that they should pay, it's been a month of emails and now I've explained that I will take them to small claims court, why can't they just admit the fault, it's not about the money but about them taking responsibility rant over!
