We’re moving long distance next week and have booked a removal company. I know it’s traditional to give the removal men a tip, but I haven’t a clue how much, haven’t used a removal company for 30+ years? Can any one give me an idea? Thanks

Equivalent to £20 each?

wdited to add we only moved down the road and we gave them £20 each and a case of beer to share. You might want to give more if they have moved you a long distance and stayed over night etc?

I don’t think we gave the last lot anything! I thought tipping was just for hotels and restaurants nowadays,
