I’m the same and it’s awful. I’m on the maximum dose of HRT along with testosterone too. I take Lion’s Mane which is supposed to help but not sure if it does. I have a difficult, responsible job and it really worries me as my memory is completely awful too. I have no advice for you I’m afraid!

I've started recently facing the same. I am not on HRT for now but went to the doctor to have my iron checked because I also feel fatigued. What helps me for now at least on a temporary basis is a short HIIT training but it is important no to overdo it in perimenopause as too frequent HIIT can raise your cortisol and make things worst. Creatine has helped me somewhat. It's not a magic bullet, but I do feel better than I used to. I take one scoop in water in the morning.
