Londoners help - how to best navigate wembley crowds with DD on Saturday

I have tickets for myself and my 10 year old to see starlight express on Saturday at the Wembley troubadour theatre. We are so excited, we have been looking for tickets for ages and finally managed to get affordable ones for kids theatre week.
However.... I've just realised it's Oasis at Wembley stadium on the same day 🤦‍♀️ Show is at 1pm so I'm hoping traveling from kings cross to Wembley park won't be too bad if we go over in the morning. But I'm worried coming out will be a nightmare and my DD will struggle with the crowds.
I've just checked travel info and it's recommended you avoid the area if possible or plan an alternative route to Wembley park station. But is there one? Anyone have any advice for navigating the area and getting back to kings cross station?
I imagine we'll be getting out of the troubadour around 4pm and I believe Oasis doors open at 5pm!

Pedestrian routes are usually well prioritized and signposted and ground staff / TfL have clear plans in place to keep people moving. I’d stick to the simplest route back to wembley park and allow extra time for the journey (eg dont have a tight onward connection from KC). At a real push you could perhaps walk to Neasden (about 45 mins).

You'll be fine OP - whenever I've been to Wembley for either football or a concert the entry/exit to/from Wembley park has been incredibly well managed. You'll be in the minority going the other way so don't think the trains will be busy.
The avoid the area bit is to stop people travelling who don't need to be there - I think they've asked those without tickets but to stand and listen from outside the stadium for example.

I haven't seen starlight but have heard great things, so hope you and dd have an amazing time!
