I’ve got a slow cooker and I use it to batch cook. However l’m thinking of getting another one because when I batch cook I could easily have more than one on the go for not much more prep when I’ve allocated the time to do it.
One of the things I’m struggling with is my DH’s and 2 teenage son’s insatiable appetites. Also my DH is fussy about quality and food cooked from scratch. Anything I batch cook is eaten that night, then eaten for lunch pretty quickly. They won’t eat any ready meals or much processed food, plus I take for work lunch too.
Before any asks they cook some meals too.
So, I have a 6-L slow cooker. I have a double airfryer that gets used for non batch cooking. I’m thinking of getting another large pot-like cooker to batch cook, but am thinking perhaps get something that does other things too. Ideally I’d like one with a pressure cooker option.
Any ideas?
