My broadband is not working, it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed it. I have to top up data on my phone but it’s costing me a fortune. I put on £10 which gave me 8gb but that was lasting only 2 days as the kids have been using my hot spot. I realised I could top up £20 and get 50 gb well of course I was like no brainer I’ve been paying £10 for only 8gb they told me I get an extra 12 gb on top of it so 62 gb well it’s 3 days ago I bought it and it’s now saying I’ve used 80% of it?! How has that much extra only lasted one day more?! I can’t afford to keep topping up, does anyone know where I stand as 2 weeks without broadband is a joke and I’m paying for it. 8gb usually lasts me a Month! An engineer was meant to come again today 8-1 and surprise surprise they haven’t shown up so does anyone know where I stand with this as they keep fobbing me off.
