M&S have paused online orders???

Went to order and ordering has been paused? Anyone else having issues?

Did they ever resume online ordering after the security thing? I wasn’t able to online order in June because of it

I've ordered twice recently, so it has worked since the cyber attack. Not checked today though

Well, yes.

It says big on their app that delivery is England, wales and Scotland only.

I ordered earlier this week. I usually have things delivered to my nearby m and s food store but they are only doing home deliveries at the moment. No returns to store either so it has put me off a bit but I had a gift voucher to use.

I found the orders I placed recently arrived quickly. (Quicker than they said.)

At the top of the page it says ‘visiting from the United Kingdom? Go to site’ - click there and that should take you to the site you need. I assume your VPN is making it look like you’re outside the UK

Same here and I had to pay for home delivery.

Yikes. I will never be ordering from them again sadly.

They haven’t brought online ordering back in Ireland yet after the cyber attack. I’m sure they’ll roll it out soon. I’m happy to wait until they are ready, better that than then start before their systems have been fixed.

I tried to order some stuff two weeks ago but practically no stock, a few outsize items but nothing in anything I wanted. Usually no trouble at all. It's as if they haven't re-stocked since the IT issues. A great shame companies brought to their knees like this by criminals.
