Is this norovirus?

Dd(6) vomited on Friday evening, only the once but an obscene amount. Saturday she was completely fine, yesterday she was very tired and lacked appetite.

Once we passed the 48 hour mark, I assumed we were in the clear and she was just recovering. She was fine most of the dat today but complained of a bad stomach this evening, though it didn't seem to bother her too much.

Fast forward to an hour ago, she wakes up from sleep and vomits everywhere, once again an incredible amount. She has no fever or other symptoms but is very pale and clammy after the sickness.

Should I be concerned? She has been drinking and eating though less food than normal so dehydration etc is not a concern at this stage. But I've never experienced such a pronlonged gap between bouts of sickness with noro, it's usually done within 48 hours so I'm not sure if this is something different.

Just to add, she's not had any diarrheoa and no one else in the house including the toddler has caught it.

It could be noro but Im surprised no one else has caught it , normally its like wild fire ! My son had noro last winter at the same time as all the family and he was sick twice and then sick again about 48 hrs later .
Is she a sicky child normally ? Both of mine seem to be sick even when they just have a cold almost as though their bodies just want to expel the virus .

@sleepandcoffee that's what has me confused, she's caught noro from school 3 times before this and each time, we all caught it.

No she's not a particularly sicky child, though she does seem to suffer with stomach issues quite often. She was checked by a Dr and had a stool sample done and all clear.

I'm just at a loss bless her, she's slept through the night so I'm hoping she wakes up feeling better but that happened on Saturday so who knows what will happen 3 days from now! I feel like I can't relax.

We had a weird case of norovirus once, he would vomit maybe every other day and be fine in between - it made no sense!

@StampOnTheGround it's mad isn't it, every time you think you're in the safe zone it striles again! At least there's no school to worry about I suppose.
