Ive had bad treatment at a dentist that ive been registered at for 5 years. Its a crown that doesnt fit properly and is now causing my problems. I struggle with anxiety and I had a panic attack at one of the appointments because I kept having to tell him I was in pain. I need someone to put it right but Im not wanting to go back to the same practice because its far away, takes at least a whole morning up to go there and back and have the appointment. I wouldnt aee the same dentist as he wasnt good but I could see a different one at the same practice. But if I go to a new dentist I'll have to pay them to put it right when really the original dentist should put it right. Im going round and round in circles in my head.

I would contact the manager of the original practice and explain what's happened and how dissatisfied you are and see what they suggest. Hopefully they will be reassuring and will find you a different dentist who can look after you and fix it. If you aren't reassured, maybe ask them to refund you so you can go elsewhere ?
