I've just been catching up on the Musketeers and found myself recognising the Plot. Only four, but pinched from the Seven Samurai, and the Magnificent Seven, they defend peasants from a bad aristo next door and empower said peasants to stanhd up for themselves.
I am wondering now if such a thing ever happened anywhere. Somehow, I doubt it. The left would shout it from the rooftops. The3 nearest is the Peasants Revolt, a far bigger thing.
