Just wondering if OP could tell me their experiences of using a chiropractor - do you have to keep going? Do they work? I have terrible TMJ pain that's now affecting (effecting? My grammar is terrible!) my neck and back, I'm in so much pain. I have a physical job and 2 young DC. I feel like I've tried everything else and thinking of booking into see a chiropractor this week.

I go regularly and swear by it. Plenty on here will tell you it’s not proper treatment, but I had physio that didn’t touch my bad neck and did a twice weekly 6 week chiro treatment plan and haven’t had any bother since. I now go once a month, but thinking of increasing this to once a fortnight as in the run up to my appt by back and posture are less comfortable - no pain but it’s easier to lie and sit comfortably in the weeks after an appointment.

A chiropractor has done wonders with my back when I have pulled things out of alignment & I cannot move & everything hurts. I tend to have ‘break fix’ arrangement & see them when I need to. Might take a couple of visits to get sorted though.
