I had an overlay done to a lower molar tooth at massive expense. My teeth close, as in I can bite down but not as much as I used to be able to, my teeth dont meet together like they used to. The repaired tooth looks way bigger than the equivalent one on the other side. Im unhappy with the dentist who did it generally for multiple reasons and I had to ask her to drill it down 3 times already when I was there because she kept insisting there was no problem with my bite and I felt there was. When you've had an overlay done is it meant to feel exactly like your old tooth did? Thank you
