If I’d been another shareholder copied in on that email from him to you, I would have been deeply unimpressed by his comments and I would have let him know. Such a dick-swinging response. Prick.

I'm not sure he's blaming you personally though, it may actually be a complaint against how your company is run rather than specifically about how you do your job? Why exactly was the information not known on Monday? Is it systems issue, would your competitors have been able to advise sooner, what caused the delay? Don't get insulted if it wasn't meant as a personal insult to you.
