Just some information for any subscription holders. I recently had an email to say they were putting my £20 monthly subscription up to £25 from next month. This annoyed me a bit - as well as not having won a house of course or one of the other worthwhile prizes! - so I decided to cancel my subscription. It is £240 a year as it is and the increase would take it to £300 a year. That is not a small amount to most people! I like to support the charities but I can do that directly.
When I logged into my account and clicked cancel on the subscription page, then clicked too expensive on the reason page, I was then offered a 50% discount for the next 3 months to continue. I accepted that as it means I will pay £12.50pm which is better than the £20 I pay now and the £25 they wanted me to pay from August. In all likelihood I'll cancel after the 3 months is up but it seems worthwhile to continue until then.
I hope this helps someone else. Good luck everyone.
The Norfolk house is still tied up in planning problems tape by the sound of it and hasn't yet been passed on to the winner.
