Honeycomb wax

Simple question for a simple person. Do you eat the wax on honeycomb?

Err no, that’s for making candles out of! Not for eating!

It's edible, but I am not into the chewiness. Lots of people do eat the whole honecomb with the honey

It won't do you any harm and some people do, but I don't really like it. Plus it's a bit of a waste as beeswax is lovely stuff!

I had absolutely no idea it was edible!
