Hi! Just looking for advice and opinions :) just a disclaimer I know that there’s no guarantee and cant give me an exact guess but….
ive got health and social care level 3 & I’ve been applying for care assistant roles (mainly relief), ive applied for 4 or 5 different homes for the Fremantle trust. Im just wondering if it’s likely they’ll get back to me/ it’s easy to get a call back for a care role. I know that people say people are always looking for new care assistants constantly and lots of people need care, if it helps ive had a handful of calls back in the past
i guess im just panicking a bit and wondering as im finding it very hard to find a job right now
