Does anyone know how long it takes for Morrisons to approve refunds?
There was a bit that popped up, but I didn't see it before I clicked confirm.
The shopping was delivered yesterday, there was a bag of frozen stuff missing and a packet of sausages had the wrapping broken.
I put the request in as soon as it allowed me, but it's been stuck on "pending" for over 24 hours, and I'm sure they're usually faster than this.
