I know someone who has rented a brand new luxury apartment in central London. He does well for himself - lots of holidays, including Maldives, California, skiing etc and city breaks to Europe in the last few years.
He and his girlfriend lied to get ‘affordable housing’ rent scheme. They said she doesn’t work. I don’t know why, but I am just so cross. There are people who really need that, especially right now, and this sort of behaviour just seems so unjust. He always talks about it like it’s some sort of achievement that he got away with it 🤯 I know it’s likely none of my business and I might get shit for caring but argh! It really annoys me
