Remortgaging Natwest

I am existing natwest mortgage customer & my fixed deal is coming to an end in November.

Does anyone know if I were to stay with them & swap to a different mortgage product would I have to pay the product fee?

I will be speaking to a broker & Natwest themselves but I have just started to do my own research today & cant find the answer to this question!

Yes, I had to pay the product fee when remortgaging. Some offers don't have a fee though.

Yes, but some don't make you pay it as a lump sum - my provider just adds it to the overall amount owed.

I switch mortgage provider every 5 years and use L&C Mortgage Brokers (as recommended by Martin Lewis).

They're brilliant.
