Has anyone’s DC had Early Intervention Orthodontics treatment and how did they find it?
DS(10) will need braces and our NHS dentist is training in this treatment and is trying to convince us to go down this route (would be a private arrangement), rather than standard braces when he’s a bit older.
I had braces as a child but the thing that is massively putting us off is she mentioned that one of the appliances will be fixed in the mouth by drilling into the soft palate. I cannot see my DS tolerating this one bit, and maybe it isn’t as awful as it sounds, but I just wondered if anyone else has had DC who have had this treatment .
