Is it normal to completely forget about things?

Just wondering if this is fairly common.

An example being about two months ago I started a habit of doing wordle and connections every morning as well as taking my vitamins. I’ve just seen a thread here on Wordle and realised that one day I woke up and didn’t do Wordle and that was several weeks ago but I’ve only just remembered.

Another example would be getting a notebook to start a diary, writing in it once then finding it somewhere months later.

Also if I don’t have my vitamins out on counter I wouldn’t remember for months.

Always been like this

would appreciate tips on how to develop consistency.

This is normal for me. I try and make use of lists and visual reminders.

Yeh I do that but end of losing or forgetting about them- doh!

Some kind of concrete visual that I can’t miss might help
