I’ve been struggling with depression and I mainly eat fruit, or beans on toast with cucumber and salad leaves. i just microwave it for less than two minutes And toast the bread, I can’t be bothered doing anything more most days. I can eat other things, but I don’t usually have the energy or motivation to make anything else.
I’d really appreciate any ideas on how to gently increase my food intake without sacrificing health. Especially things that are low effort and manageable when energy is low.
