Is it possible for a company to block your apply pay? Every time I try to get on the bus and pay with Apple Pay it doesn’t work but it works everywhere else. I called the bank and they said no issues their side. Has anyone had this happen before?

It doesn’t work on the Trainline app for me. It used to, now it doesn’t. Bank say not their issue 🤷🏻‍♀️ DH has to buy my ticket and transfer it to me!

It use to work but doesn’t anymore, I lost my bank card and it was really embarrassing have to get off the bus

I think sometimes there is a glitch, I use mine online and it sometimes says with some companies that my address needs updating and doesn't work but works fine with others.

No glitch works absolutely fine everywhere just the bus that’s the problem and happens all the time now not a one off 😩
