DD has an Xplora Kidzi which apparently has used 34MB of the 150mb data in 3 days. I’ve scoured reviews and no one anywhere has complained of punitive over plan charges.
A friend has an Xplora watch which shows 40mb usage last month but similarly a much higher figure today- I’ve set DD’s aside to much tears while I investigate but wondered if any Xplora users could advise if they’ve ever had over plan charges, and maybe check their usual data usage!
I wonder if it’s something that rights itself across the month
