Why can’t I deal with Daniel Craig’s new hair? It’s like my brain just can’t compute it. He doesn’t look like old him and somehow he doesn’t look like a new him either. What’s wrong with me.

I'm assuming this is just a wig for an acting part. Not like he's had a mid life crisis and gone all hippy. Lots of actors "dress up" in a similar fashion for acting roles.

Yeah, the trailer for the film had strong Southern gothic vibes, and the hair fits in with that.

Ah ok, so looks like he's grown his own hair. It's for a movie franchise and they're about to start filming the third installment. Be interesting to see if he reverts to his shorter hair afterwards or if he adopts this new look permanently.

I suspect it will be semi-perminent hair extensions or similar as his natural hair is very thin on top.

I would imagine he’s grown it for the part he is playing and it will come off after it’s finished.

Yikes! I'm trying to adjust my response and see it as ok - but it really isn't.

it’s not the hair that bugs me. It’s the fact that in every single interview I’ve ever seen with him, he takes himself so damn seriously.

I saw that second picture in the Guardian article the other day (him sat in a car) and genuinely thought it was Jonathan Ross.

I think he’s been enjoying being liberated from having to maintain his Bond persona!

I’ve just googled and on article suggests it’s linked to him doing a campaign with Loewe. It’s an article advising men how they could get that look.

i suppose we forget that he isn’t actually James Bond, he may have wanted long hair for ages and parts have not allowed him to. It’s a bit in danger of going frank Gallagher from shameless I suppose.
