Is this a bee? Help identifying

I hope you can see in the image. It looked like a bee, but quite small (it’s on a beer mat). Black, with a white stripe on it’s legs. In Germany.

Can anyone identify it?

Better call the police!

I zoomed in and searched via Google lens it's said The image appears to show an Africanized honey bee, also known as a "killer bee". These bees are a hybrid of the Western honey bee and the East African lowland honey bee.
