How to send a large parcel?

Ordered a car bumper from eBay after someone rear-ended me last week.

Asked seller repeatedly if it is the right one for my (old) car. Said yes.

Arrived and it isn't-won't fit.

Now I need to return it. But eBay's chosen Courier won't accept car parts.

Tried FedEx who delivered it-won't accept my card details-tried three different cards.

They won't let you talk to customer service unless you have an account which I don't have because it won't let you sign up without card details.

Try Transgloble,
You need weight, length, width and height dimensions in CM plus the full address and phone and email of the person you are sending it to.
they can be contacted on 03451451212

book a courier through parcel2go. they are a middleman for all the main couriers including Fedex (also Royal Mail). i run a mailorder business & use them all the time. you pay parcel2go. put the destination's postcode into the box & it will give you a variety of choices, some are drop-off, some will collect from you. in the case of Fedex etc., prices are significantly cheaper than booking with the courier directly. have never had a problem with any of the hundreds of parcels i have booked through them. don't underestimate the weight of the parcel or you may get a surcharge; never happened to me but it's made clear that this can happen if the weight given is inaccurately low (courier will communicate fee to parcel2go) - same applies to dimensions of parcel (always add a couple of centimetres to each measurement, to be on the safe side). some drop-off points will print your label (this is made clear before you book), otherwise you need to print label at home & stick on. you can pay by card or paypal 🫡
