I know I'm being silly, but assume this is ok?!

It will be fine!

bohemianblasphemy · 08/07/2025 09:05

Absolutely fine, I know a three year old who drank most of a bottle, A&E weren't bothered!

hottoday22 · 08/07/2025 09:05

This is fine, your child will be ok. Just don’t give any more pain relief for 4 hours.

SeaToSki · 08/07/2025 09:05

give lots of fluids to drink

how much does dc weigh?

Allswellthatendswelll · 08/07/2025 09:08

It will be fine. In France they do it by weight and the weight dose was already over the recommended dose. I've been giving DS a 4 year old dose since 3.5 as he is huge.

It will be absolutely fine. My Niece drank most of a bottle when she was 5. Sister called for medical advice and they said just give extra water and keep an eye on her. I wouldn't give another dose in 4 hours but they'll be completely fine.

It’ll be fine. I’d just be careful about the next dose.

Agree with the poster above, we lived in the US and these sort of things were by weight not age.
