What is your supplement regime? What do you take it for and why? Do you notice any difference?
For myself:
- NMN (I’m not in the UK so don’t think this is registered there). Apparently anti aging / cell regeneration etc
- l Theanine for clarity and focus (this is something I can feel)
- multi vitamin (who knows if these actually do anything?)
- creatine (for muscle mass, heavily researched as beneficial)
- magnesium glycinate (better sleep. I sleep ok so it must work)
