Healthy drinks

I have dysphagia so every drink has to count. I can’t swallow tablets. I am trying to make sure that every drink I have has a benefit. I also need sugar free as I have dental issues due to long term liquid medication.

I am looking for recommendations such as healthy coffee or coffee subs. A plink plink fizz vitamin. Supergreens type powders. A cacao or mocha type powder and a vitamin c/ zinc plink plink fizz, sometimes Berroca. A multivitamin. I take floravital as I have ferritin of 11.

I am struggling with acid reflux, and extreme fatigue and take St John’s wort too. Looking for recommendations.

Unfortunately sugar free drinks (as in artificial sweeteners) cause my acid reflux as does caffeine. I would personally look at vegetable heavy smoothies rather processed drinks

I was going to suggest Berocca, I like the mango best. I have one every morning and every few days I put a sachet of Spatone in it as I'm permanently anaemic.

I have cut down artificial sweeteners too as well as sugar free. I like milk drinks like chai or herbal tea too. Every drink has to have a benefit as I am limited on fluid swallowing.
