Posting for reassurance really. I’ve had an Apple Watch for years but a couple of weeks ago I had a notification saying my heart rate dropped below 40 for 10 consecutive minutes. I was just resting on the sofa at the time. I checked my pulse manually and it was in the 40’s. By the following day it was back to high 50’s/60’s but tonight its happened again, currently sitting around 42bpm.
I can’t tell if I have other symptoms as it’s set my anxiety off! Has anyone else experienced this? I have had a bit of a lifestyle overhaul since May in that I’m at the gym 6 days a week and have dropped a size in weight, previously I was very sedentary and slightly overweight.
