Mobile phone signal coverage, or rather lack of ..... who to contact?

There's a rural area near me that has never had any 4G mobile phone signal at all, also the surrounding area has a very weak and spotty signal - is there any regulating body that I can contact to ask if anything could be done to provide some sort of 4G coverage (perhaps there are even plans to do this that I'm unaware of)?

Ofcom I guess?, but I don't see a relevant way to contact them on this particular subject.

Who’s your network provider?

Phone signal is awful all round now I think, and it doesn't seem to matter which network you are you.

I live semi-rural, we have a mix of Vodafone and EE in the house, we only have signal when wi-fi calling, drive 10 minutes into town, still no signal.

EE

A couple of years ago I had ee and the reception was abysmal. I was told (by a truthful employee) that they were using a degraded tower which was closer. It couldn’t be fixed because it was in a private field. There was another tower a couple of miles away that would work better, not degraded, but I was still stuck with that one.

So I went with Vodafone and they used the good tower.

I don’t know if that helps.
