Cafe/pub around Basingstoke with an EV charger

Niche request, but does anyone know a nice cafe, pub or similar around the south side of Basingstoke/Kempshott area that has or is close to an EV charger and is open on Sundays?

A fast-ish charger if possible - the Oakley Hall hotel seems to have one, but only a 7kW and I'll want more power than that.
