Watched this last night expecting it to be a follow up from Football Factory with an older Tommy Johnson which it wasn’t, Danny Dyer plays a completely different character.
It was funny in places but really lacked the impact/reality of Football Factory and seemed to rely very heavily on the constant use of the C word for comedy and shock value.
Was pretty disappointed and pleased I didn’t bother watching it at the cinema. Anyone else seen it?

It was rubbish. His character was dreadful, no redeeming features, and his bloody wife deserved him for putting up with him.

I also couldn’t get my head around how she forgave him when he nearly got their son shot and left him alone to go on a bender. It wasn’t clear what happened - did the kid take an overdose? We just see him unconscious surrounded by pills and then never hear anything about him again.
