Having problems with return parcels with evri and simply be

Having recently lost a fair bit of weight I've had to replace a lot of clothes,so I've ordered a fair bit from simply be .I have no problems with parcels arriving.
But simply be have changed their accounts page so it's really difficult to check what's been returned.you now have to go through evri to show if a parcel has been returned.
There's now no way on simply be to check what parcels have been returned to them.
My balance is showing a huge amount,that I absolutely know I haven't kept that many clothes.
I think parcels are getting lost on the return journey...but none got lost arriving to my house .
Has anyone else had issues

I returned some stuff from Simply Be recently and within a few days got an email itemising what I had returned. Do you have the Evri tracking slips? Maybe the parcels have been lost.

I've gone back to January this year ,and they ,evri have lost quite a few parcels
Luckily I have tracking numbers of all of the parcels
So I've emailed customer services

Thus is what comes of having an account,I just assumed the returns had gone back on my account ,but they haven't.
Evri went over to a new system of dropping parcels of , instead of a piece of paper for a return slip ,you get an email.
Not a single parcel has been returned since the new system of giving my email.
The minute I've sorted this out I'm closing my account
I will never order again from anywhere that uses evri

Well I have contacted evri ,and they say they don't have any details about my orders,
Even though they emailed me order numbers ,they now say they have no details on any of the order numbers
Clearly the staff can't work the new system

Evri should be giving you proof of postage. Either a receipt or or email.

They gave me a email with a code
Then when I phoned to chase up the parcel,they ask for the code ,then say it's not in their system

i would contact simply be. Evri won’t entertain you as their contract is with simply be who provided the return label to you. If they don’t reply, do a bank chargeback. Your evri return QR labels/codes should’ve come with a tracking code which can be put in the Evri website to see where your return is. You will need it as proof when doing a chargeback. It’s possible your returns have been lost in the post, but as long as you have proof you dispatched them on the tracking then simply be have a duty to refund you.

Thankyou ,and yes you are correct,I had no need to worry at all
I phoned simply be and the refunds were put straight back on my card with no problem.

It was completely pointless trying to contact evri ,it was all automated,no possibility of speaking to an actual human .

Just chiming in as this popped up when I googled too. Evri have just lost one of my returns- hopefully I'll get a swift refund!
