When do year 9’s usually find out their options?

DD chose hers months ago and we’re still waiting to find out what subjects she got! It’s transition week at her school so she should be having her first week in year 10 right now but she said nothing has changed and she’s still in the same classes!

I would assume that if she hasn't been told otherwise she has got her first choices?

No-one has been told, I spoke to one of her teachers yesterday about something unrelated and he said loads of parents have been asking and he didn’t know what was taking so long!

Chose at Easter.

All they know is if they we accepted into the Triple Science class as that's invite only.

In that case they might be having timetabling issues eg with only music teacher having resigned and not yet recruited replacement?
