Oh Christmas tree which is the oddest ice cream van tune ever but I pointed out to DH that it is also The red Flag and apparently I have ruined it for him🤣

Our old ICV used to play the Blue Peter theme. Peter Purves lives half a mile down the road... Never went past his though!

As someone who used to work on an ice cream van, it’s a little pre loaded box with around 6ish different tunes and you pick whatever one you want to play.

I used to change it regularly because it would drive me mad, loved having jingle bells in December though 😁

Teddy Bears’ Picnic. I always think it sounds vaguely sinister, but then all ice-cream van chimes sound vaguely sinister to me, ever since watching Comfort and Joy, about the Glasgow ice-cream wars! (Great quirky film, btw!)

We used to have one that we sang along to
"Oh, oh Antonio, he's gone away, left me alone-io, all on my own-io. I want to meet him with his brand new tart, then UP will go Antonio and his ice-cream cart". Have not got a clue where we got that from but all us kids used to sing along to the tune and the ice cream man was italian!
