I ordered some clothes from Bon Marche on 22/6/25, the following day had email to say they had been dispatched and an email from Evri to say they were expecting it so all good. I am still waiting for it, have rung BM numerous times and no one has ever answers the phone, sent numerous emails too, no reply or even acknowledgement. Have tried contacting Evri and that is either a chat bot or robot who answers the phone to say “we are expecting it” The money was taken from my account on the 23rd too.
Please do any of you wise MNetters have any advice as to how to resolve this as I fear I am just going to be left without the money or the clothes.
