lovehoney parcel-what can we do here?

My friend has received a Lovehoney parcel to her old address. She knows the person who bought the house from her so she's found out about it. She's very, very upset about it-finds it very creepy and doesn't have a clue who sent it.

Is there a way she can find out? I have a feeling LoveHoney won't be allowed to tell her due to DPA? Posting myself as friend is feeling quite vulnerable (just out of an abusive marriage but she's 100% sure it wasn't her ex husband because he's far too tight to spend money, never wanted sex or anything to do with her for the last 12 years and knows her new address so why would he send it there-he's also a bit of a luddite and wouldn't ever order anything online).

I once had an old boyfriend sent me a vibrator to my house years after we broke up. It was anonymous and really creeped me out, I was furious (although slightly relieved it was just him) when I found out who sent it. I was imagining all sorts.
Just awful for your friend, she has my sympathy.
I’d suggest she contact LH and just get a block for anything being sent to that address in her name if possible but no, they won’t say who ordered it.
