Ordered ear defenders to be delivered Saturday for my child who has some challenges shall we say.
We were going to concert on Sunday so needed it for then so had to order next day delivery to get them in time.
The same day the we got them one of the foam parts came away from the ear if you see what I mean. So defective.
But because we were going to the concert the next day and needed them I super glued it. So we wouldn't be without.
I can't return it now can I?
What should I do? Shall I just complain about them to Amazon and hope I'll get a refund?
And how do I even make a complaint about an order to Amazon? Don't know if I'm missing where to do it?
