Have I messed up?

I have applied for a job, I am a SAHM and want to get back into work. I had an email to say they would like to interview me on a certain date and time. Annoyingly it's the only date I can't do. Any other other days would have been fine. I emailed back to say I am interested but unfortunately that is the only date I can't do could we arrange to do another date.
I haven't heard back since. Do you think it peed them off? It must look bad?

How long has it been? It may be that they only had one date available for interview and if they already had enough candidates confirm for that day then they weren’t too bothered about trying to arrange a different day for you. Nothing that can be done, just one of those things.

Maybe that's what has happend. Shame, I really wanted this.
