Problems with ex's new partner

Whenever I collect my boys from my ex, her new partner comes to the door to cause trouble

Is there a way to amend the existing child arrangement order (we have a 50/50 split) so I don't have to have contact with my ex or her partner.

My boys are 12 and 14

The boys are old enough - why do you have to engage with her? Just stay in the car and text them when you're there. or btter yet, get them to walk/bus back to yours.

They are old enough to come to the door themselves. Text when you get there.

As above, why do you need to go to the door?

And what exactly is her partner doing/saying?
