Epiphany after general anaesthetic

Has anyone heard of or experienced an epiphany after general anaesthetic?. I know it can be common after a near death experience but wondered if anyone has experience of gaining deep personal insight or clarity after having anaesthesia...

Yes! I've had a few GAs and have experienced both the epiphany/clarty and something like a deep reset. It's hard to explain but it feels like a slate is wiped clean in my brain.
I have also experienced brain fog so it hasn't always been great.

It's interesting because I've often wondered if it's the anaesthetic or the physical toll on my body (surgery) or combination of both.
