In the US , the US Postal Service sells a 'forever ' stamp that is valid forever at the price you paid at the time of purchase. US Postal Service rates are raised quite often...especially at Christmas time, so it's beneficial to buy the forver stamps to save money on future price rises. The USP Services are still quite a bargain, though!
