A wild swimmer friend was going to take me near Chichester Harbour as it's not something I have ever seriously done but the following week it was in the News because of the large amount of sewage discharge around there - yuk! 🤮 So I haven't actually been yet with no plans to go unless something significant is done about this - the state of out rivers and coasts is scandalous and it's not a new thing. I had friends in Surfers Against Sewage when we lived in the South West decades ago. [and M42 climbs down from her soap box]
