Happy Canada Day!

Wishing all my fellow citizens of the The North Proud And Free, wherever they are, a very happy Canada Day.

May your day be filled with butter tarts, Nanaimo bars, Tim Hortons Dutchies (How could they discontinue them?) poutine, slices of Pizza Pizza, and Tragically Hip albums.

To my abject shame I remembered it's the True North Strong and Free, not Proud. I'm clearly a twerp.

I ordered cheese curds from Somerset for the evening's poutine. I usually make butter tarts but it's been a mad kind of week.
There will be about 10 of us.
