Can I play sounds of seagull warning calls on my phone to lure seagulls to an area and away from another area

Seagulls are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 so if you were to do that you would have to be careful that you weren't harming them in the process. Also how would that work in the long term? You might move them once but unless you leave your phone in the new area then what's to stop them leaving again? Sounds a bit nuts, but I'm just going off the limited information you're given. I love seagulls, there is one who visits my parent's house called Mr Wobbly, he taps on the glass of their conservatory for his breakfast. He's ace.
