Dd16 has these spots all up her legs. Just got over a bacterial chest infection. I initially assumed a heat/sweat rash but they're too 'zitty'

They're not bites, not the right appearance.

Don't look like chickenpox, more like a post viral rash or dryness from dehydration. Check her trunk, as the pox would be there as well.

Not on her trunk. Just legs. And buttocks!

It looks like a post viral rash. Give antihistamines.

She takes a daily antihistamine. If it doesn't go away ,I'll send pic to GP.
I'm not terribly worried about it!
