I know that we're targeted for votes and money, and I'm OK with it because this is a free to use site.

Not talking about human trolls or shills. They've been around since the beginning of the internet. This feels different

Does anyone think we're being targeted by bots and AI harvesting knowledge? I've noticed a number of OPs that that ask the same question, different ways. And posters who do nothing but ask questions while providing no answers/ solutions/ hoped for outcomes themselves.

Yes. And the Feminism boards are being targeted for screenshots and Reddit.

Just keep reporting it.

I've identified a particular type who try to catch people out by repeatedly questioning them, then berate them for expressing a wrong opinion. This is a coordinated campaign in some sections of the site and happens throughout the internet. Not bots, paid humans.

It's hard to report when they're operating within the guidelines and I'm wondering if MNHQ give a monkey's when reports are made.😏

Traffic will get a hell of a lot slower if, like me, real people roll their eyes and not respond. AI and bots don't buy anything.

I've seen this and been a victim of it too. I called the poster out and they stalked me across the boards. I complained to HQ and after providing loads of screenshots of posts to me and multiple others they eventually had a word.

I completely ignore their posts now.

However they and plenty of other posters do it. It's almost as though they don't like women talking about important stuff so they have to derail by picking holes in everything. Or they're AI, learning. Endlessly exasperating genuine posters who want to discuss the topic at hand.🙄

The ones I've noticed are labia/cunt/fanjo posts on AIBU or Chat.
