If you've had a kidney infection, how long after starting antibiotics did the pain go away?
I had a UTI last week which was treated with 3 days of nitrofurantoin and then 2 days after those finished, I started to get quite bad lower back pain. Doc has given me Cefalexin, which I started to take 24 hours ago, but my back pain is just as bad, possibly slightly worse.
Just hoping for some reassurance! Thank you.
